Assay Procedure

• Add 8 drops of buffer solution to the extraction tube
• Insert the patient swab sample into buffer solution poured in the extraction tube.
• Swirl the swab inside the tube atleast 10 times
• Remove the swab while squeezing the liquid from the swab by pressing tube side
• Cover the tube with the nozzle and tighten the lid
• Add 2 drops of buffer solution with specimen into the sample well
